The diversity charter is a wording of commitment open for signature by any employer who so wishes, via a voluntary program, to act in favor of diversity and thus exceed the legal definitions of the fight against discrimination.

Diversity is a lever for cohesion and well-being at work, via inclusive and respectful management of individual differences.
 
It is thus the source of economic and social performance.
 
The incorporation of commitment by the organization at the highest level, signing the diversity Charter provides a framework for the delivery of specific measures.
 
 
 
It has been adopted by the network “Les entreprises pour la Cité” and is in operation across the country by its partners. Inspired by European charters, the Diversity Charter encourages economic operators to mobilize their entire ecosystem to contribute towards the wealth of society.
